lampshade

I made a lampshade from my japanese  Echino fabric.
This old lampshade was  a boring beige and I didn't like it.
I removed the old fabric and measured the new.

Than I sewed along the needles and pulled the fabric over the shade.

Hotgluded the edges. Done.

Love the lampshade. Very pretty. I have a lamp that needs a new shade and now, I am inspired.

It turned out beautifully! It seems easy to do too - I'll have to keep this in mind.

The lampshade looks lovely, and your room looks very summer-y! Hope you are enjoying the warmer weather. Here in Australia I am huddled by the heater, but the sunshine is coming in, at least!
